I need to change my appointment time for an engineer coming to install router and set top box . I can’t find where to do this .

Heloo my name is Pavel **** and I am new customer  to day I miss my installation at my houme but a don't know about in the house must to by old person  because my son was at houme  and I can't to access internet so how can I do my chang date and I can't wait like one week   if u can't coming this week I want to canceled  and I will use some different company thank u

@nellymirgova320 Posting in the Forum you are only talking to customers like yourself, and therefore you need to call EE CS direct to take up you request to re-schedule the next available appointment for the install.
